About Pretture

Pretture is a vertical SaaS ERP platform built exclusively for luxury fashion designer brands.

Our platform enables designer labels to manage end-to-end operations including Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Distribution through a structured and scalable system.

We work with 150+ internationally acclaimed leading Indian designer brands including Rahul Mishra, House of Masaba, Gaurav Gupta, Raw Mango, Rajesh Pratap Singh, Amit Aggarwal, and several fast-growing couture and pret labels across India.

Pretture is a SaaS product of KAVworks Technologies Pvt Ltd and is founded by an IIT Bombay alumnus.

We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking for driven individuals who want to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales.

Role Overview

This is an outbound B2B Sales Development / SDR role focused on lead generation, prospect engagement, demo booking and sales coordination.

This is a hybrid role where day-to-day responsibilities will be handled remotely, with occasional travel required for client meetings or exhibitions.

You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership team to identify, qualify, and convert luxury fashion brands into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, exhibitions, and referrals
• Conduct structured cold outreach to fashion designer brands
• Qualify prospects based on defined ICP criteria
• Schedule product demos for the senior sales team
• Follow up consistently to move prospects across the sales pipeline
• Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding post-closure
• Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting discipline

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups
• Disciplined and self-driven in a hybrid work model
• High ownership mindset
• Interest in SaaS, B2B sales, or the fashion ecosystem

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation & Growth

Fixed CTC: ₹3 – 3.6 LPA
