Job Description
As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our demand generation strategy. You’ll conduct market and competitor research, identify and build target company and persona lists, and engage with prospective clients through outbound LinkedIn and email campaigns. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with a keen interest in new technologies and a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Market Research:
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
- Identify potential target industries and companies, building detailed profiles to guide outreach and campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Build and maintain target company and persona lists for outreach.
- Craft personalized messaging for each solution to its target companies and personas.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and other lead gen tools.
- Engage prospects, qualify leads, and drive initial interest through personalized and compelling messaging.
- Data Management & CRM:
- Use lead generation and CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Pipedrive) to manage and track outreach efforts.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance, providing feedback on what’s working and where to improve.
- Report regularly on lead generation metrics, tracking conversion rates, and making recommendations for adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in tech or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar SDR or demand generation role, ideally in a tech or solution environment.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM systems
- Strong research skills with an ability to analyze market and competitor data effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about new technologies and an interest in the data and AI landscape.
