The Role

Responsibilities
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization, Pain points etc.
• Use an appropriate elevator pitch to enter an account and identify the right contact in every account
• Speedily go through gate keepers via relationship building skills, get a buy-in from multiple decision makers for an audience within a sales representative
• Ask the right questions on outsourcing landscape, uncover any immediate or upcoming business opportunities
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Requirements
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Knowledge of SaaS pricing models
• Proven inside sales experience and should have experience in North American market (US and/or Canada)
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Track record of over-achieving targets
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
