Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Doing rigorous research on your target account list to enable personalized messaging for your buyers.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and social media prospecting.
- Striking and initiating conversations with decision-makers and high-level influencers within the target companies you are prospecting to.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Prospecting and Qualifying leads.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Coming up with creating emails, Linkedin outreach and call scripts to experiment on the sales sequence and draw more attention from your prospects.
- Periodically updating the CRM enables a fluid handover of demos with rich context to the Account Executives.
- Exceeding your Sales Quota with a winning mindset.
Requirements :
- B2B Lead Generation & Prospecting Specialist for IT / Software Sector:
- Years of experience: 1-2 years in Lead generation and prospecting.
- Familiar with Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoom info, Lusha.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
