This is an interesting role where you will develop sales & communication skills which gets rewarded with high package salaries provided you really build those skills within you. The primary goal is not to sell anything but to get the interest of the customer and to schedule an appointment with our sales manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Cold-call prospective clients who are located in US, UK, Australia, Canadian region and introduce our digital marketing services & win their interest.
- Identify potential clients and set up sales appointments (training will be given)
- Follow up with leads through phone and email, whatsapp.
- Reach and exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and leads generated.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for lead generation
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments Required Skills
- Interest & comfort with telemarketing and cold calling & a passion for sales & success.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (preference will be given if you have US or UK English accent).
- Sales objectional handling in the call.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with US and UK markets is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales tools (e.g. CRM)
- Your own laptop with a high speed internet connection & a microphone with flawless communication with us & customers.
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior similar experience in their previous internships or jobs & US/UK English accent.
