Internship - Loyalty Cold Calling

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing key accounts within the Loyalty Program- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase program adoption and revenue growth- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell program features- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to deliver exceptional client experiences- Analyze client data and program performance to inform account strategies- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and program growth objectives

• Proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities- Experience working with loyalty programs or in a related industry- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
