As a Partnerships Manager at rLoop, you’ll drive strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances that are essential for scaling our GPU marketplace. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand our ecosystem, manage partner relationships, and coordinate cross-promotional and technical integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and reach out to potential partners, including GPU providers, data centers, AI companies, and other blockchain projects. Forge relationships to drive mutual growth and value.
- Create partnership strategies that align with rLoop’s growth objectives, ensuring that partnerships contribute to user acquisition, ecosystem development, and platform adoption.
- Draft proposals, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage contracts
- Work with product and development teams to manage partner integrations into the marketplace, ensuring a smooth process and successful collaboration.
- Track and report on partnership KPIs to assess the effectiveness and ROI of partnerships, adapting strategies as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in tech partnerships or business development, ideally in the blockchain, cloud computing, or AI sectors.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and relationship management, with a proven ability to create value-driven partnerships.
- Ability to understand and prioritize partnerships that will most benefit rLoop’s mission and marketplace objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience measuring and optimizing partnership success.
- Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, particularly Avalanche, is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Technical Understanding of Decentralized and Cloud Platforms: A background in blockchain technology, decentralized storage, or cloud infrastructure partnerships.
• Experience with Startups or Small Teams: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability is key.
• Existing Network in Tech and Blockchain: Strong network within the tech, blockchain, or AI industries is an advantage.
