Vaave - Hiring Manager

About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Build new client relationships
  • Create business opportunities and nurturing business opportunities
  • Manage and track day to day sales activities
  • Build the pipeline and be responsible for the company’s annual revenues by meeting Quarterly and Yearly Sales targets

Key Activities:

  • Cold calling, Email marketing, Creating business potentials and other lead acquisition strategies
  • Manage sales process through research, qualification, needs analysis, etc.
  • Coordinate with sales associates on prospects
  • Understanding the product & customers' needs in depth
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about Vaave’s product and services
  • Providing sufficient details of the product to prospective clients (telephone & email)
  • Knowing the customers and maintaining clear records of all sales activities
  • Present online demos to prospective clients
  • Building a relationship with prospective clients through email drip marketing campaigns, demos, content marketing, etc.

  • Builds and maintains trust and strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to learn and grow
  • Ambitious, patient & truly committed to building new relationships
  • Love for challenges and talking to new people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales & marketing, lead acquisition
  • Strong business acumen

Experience: 0-3 years in:

  • Consultative & solution based sales methodology
  • B2B Sales Experience / B2B technology or software applications sales(SAAS)

Remuneration:
INR 3.6 - 4.8 LPA. Deserving aspirants can expect higher compensation.
