Founder's office - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop clear, compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, operations, and other key areas to drive process improvements and maximize efficiencies.
• Support the implementation of new initiatives and systems, monitoring performance and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, market changes, and emerging technologies to identify areas for innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or other degrees but with relevant work experience
• 0-1 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a startup, consulting, or high-growth company environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
