As a Program Coordinator at HackForChange, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Program Managers in planning, organizing, and executing our Tech for Change initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects, monitor progress, and help drive the overall success of the program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tech-for-good space while contributing to meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Support:
Collaborate with Program Managers to develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues for timely resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment with program goals.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Data and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to program performance and key metrics.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to update stakeholders on program status and outcomes.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
Maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with external partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries of the program.
Build and maintain strong relationships with program participants and contributors.
Event and Workshop Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and seminars related to the Tech for Change initiative.
Ensure logistics, materials, and resources are well-prepared for such activities.
Qualifications:
Recent MBA graduate with a focus on project management, business administration, or a related field.
Passion for technology-driven social change and a strong interest in the nonprofit sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and metrics.
Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
