Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and versatile Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Professional to be part of our growing team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment, has a passion for employee well-being, HCM or HR - Technology and is excited about building meaningful relationships, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives, crafting compelling marketing strategies, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and cultivate prospective clients and channel partners by building relationships and positioning our solutions as the optimal choice.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Marketing:
Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience.
Work closely with the leadership team to develop branding, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve our offerings and marketing efforts.
Customer Success:
Develop and implement customer success strategies to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through demo, product adoption and helping them achieve their goals.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, providing insights to inform product development and improve user experience.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer success roles, preferably within HR-technology, HCM, or employee well-being spaces.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage growth company environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
Experience using CRM (Hubspot ) and marketing tools to manage customer relationships and campaigns.
A passion for helping organizations and companies maximize their potential through innovative HR solutions.
