Opportunity Overview:

We’re looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in selling high-end hardware, especially within niche markets like premium headphones, wearables, or communication devices. The ideal candidate will have 3yr+ experience in introducing and scaling high-margin products and an understanding of markets where advanced audio solutions make a tangible difference. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory, with competitive pay, stock options, and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within niche markets where premium audio solutions are needed.
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Present and demonstrate our unique product lineup to clients, highlighting key differentiators like our advanced noise cancellation and mesh communication technology.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies based on market research and client needs, ensuring that our products reach the right audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development to align messaging, strategy, and customer feedback.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships and sustained client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling high-end technology hardware, particularly in niche or premium markets.
  • Familiarity with industries such as aviation, tactical operations, or other fields where advanced communication and noise-canceling technology are critical.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
