WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Business Development Rep at Revive is a dynamic and essential role, responsible for managing both inbound inquiries and strategic outbound sales activities. This position supports our communication channels including SMS, email, toll-free lines, and support tickets, and plays a pivotal role in expanding our community through outreach. The ultimate goal is to set meetings for our account executives, contributing directly to the growth and success of Revive. A successful BDR will be just as comfortable cold calling new prospects as they are crafting high quality emails to check in with warm leads. Each day will vary but about 20% of your time will be spent cold calling compared to managing the inbound lead pipeline. Business Development Reps at Revive are pivotal in the early stages of our client engagement, focusing on speed, transparency, and the initial quality interaction. They specialize in promptly connecting homeowners and real estate agents with the right account executive, streamlining the process from the first contact. This crucial step ensures that each renovation project begins with clarity and is directed towards success, reflecting our commitment to excellence from the outset. This is an onsite role and will work out of our Irvine headquarters 5 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via SMS, email, toll-free calls, and support tickets with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct strategic outbound (cold) calls and sales activities to identify and engage new real estate agents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for account executives, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Manage user cancellations or rescheduling requests, taking initiative to secure new meeting times.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in Revive's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Participate in sales training and strategy sessions to improve performance and meet sales targets.
WHO YOU ARE:
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales pipelines.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Experience in real estate, proptech, or home lending
The OTE of this role is $50,000 - $80,000. It is made up of a $50,000 base with a variable commission target of $30,0000. These commissions are uncapped and paid out on a monthly basis.
