QHR careers
Most headsets are built for offices and gyms. Ours are built for where that gear quits: construction sites and factory floors, cockpits and flight lines, paramotors at full throttle, and tactical teams who cannot afford a missed word. Past about 80 dB, normal audio design falls apart and the person wearing the headset can no longer do their job.
QHR headsets perform best where it is loudest. We combine active, environmental, and passive noise cancellation with a boom mic tuned for speech in high noise, so the wearer hears clearly and is heard clearly while everything around them is roaring.
Hearing is only half of it. Our users run more than one channel at once. A pilot is on an aviation radio and a phone. A crew lead is on a handheld. A rider wants comms and music.
So we bridge them. Bluetooth multipoint for a phone plus a second device, wired input for aviation and ham radios, and voice-activated transmit so nobody takes their hands off the controls. Our mobile app handles setup, EQ and over-the-air firmware updates, which means the headset gets better after someone buys it. Mesh networking and push-to-talk app support are next.
Two revenue lines. Direct to consumer at goqhr.com, and licensing our technology to partners who build it into their own products, which already pays recurring revenue. QHR is entirely self-funded: no outside investors, no dilution, and no one else's timeline to chase.
We ship thousands of units a year and we have done it quietly, while building toward something larger. The headset is the beachhead. Every unit already captures audio and video. The platform is built to carry more: environmental and electro-optical sensors, data gathered at the point of work rather than from a fixed installation. A fleet of headsets in the field becomes a sensing network, worn by the people already standing in the places that matter. That is the company we are building.
