SmartplanAI is on a mission to transform how we design and occupy real estate. Our first product allows tenants and leasing teams to generate high-fidelity architectural floor plans in real-time, without an architect. This accelerates leasing transactions, saves time, and creates better tenant outcomes. This is a ground floor opportunity, and you will be joining a nimble team of just two. We’ve launched the first version of our product, earned traction with marquee customers in several markets, and recently closed a $2M seed round. Now, we’re looking to bring on a Head of Growth to accelerate our GTM motion.
The Role
- As a Founding Account Executive at SmartplanAI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company through strategic new business development. You will be responsible for actively pursuing and cultivating new opportunities and contributing to the expansion of the company’s client base. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for competing. You will have the chance to shape the sales playbook, engage with our earliest customers and experience an incredible chance for professional growth as the company scales.

WHAT WOULD I DO?
- Lead generation, qualification, and booking demos: Proactively identify, engage, and book demos with leasing teams and building owners through various channels such as cold calling, emails, social media, our website, and in-person networking events
- Sales content: Develop and maintain sales enablement resources like decks, prospecting templates, and call scripts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation and qualification metrics, and adjust our data-driven sales strategies based on market reaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging based on product development and customer feedback.
- Market Research: Research the market to stay up-to-date and conduct need-based customer segmentation
- Data Management: Own the company CRM, updating and logging customer interactions. Ad Hoc Projects to support the GTM motion

YOU PROBABLY ALSO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior sales experience with a track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
- Proven experience in “0 → 1” GTM sales
- Preferably sold to or have been part of commercial real estate ecosystem
- Proficiency with CRM systems and revenue analytics tools (like SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach, ChurnZero, and more).
