We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join us.
Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative at TRNSACT, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by engaging with equipment dealers. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to expand our customer base. We seek a candidate with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential equipment dealer customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads, converting them into customers from first contact to close.
- Qualify leads through research and analysis, and schedule partnership opportunities for our Business Development Managers.
- Clearly communicate with buyers via emails, calls (X per day), and texts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Proactively identify and contact potential customers via outbound calling and emailing, creating a high quantity of qualified sales opportunities.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of TRNSACT’s platform to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Track and manage sales activities and pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Nurture your book of customers to foster a steady flow of repeat business.
- Ensure customer happiness through every step of the sales process.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and product teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
- Experience with Hubspot and Apollo is a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the equipment dealership industry is a plus.
- Display a growth-oriented mindset focused on achieving and progressing.
- Be curious about the operational side of the business to ensure a smooth setup process for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial and competitive mindset with a focus on ROI. You think about the resources available and the way to maximize them.
