What are we looking for: We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the North or South America regions to join our innovative team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the sales team with prospective clients in the financial services sector.
- Research and identify potential clients within the target markets, focusing on Accountancy, Tax Advisory, Auditing, and Banking.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM with lead and prospect information.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
- Measure personal metrics and contribute meaningfully to team targets.
Requirements
What you need:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B context.
- An interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
