Fintech start-up Valutico is a web-based company valuation platform providing the financial services industry and valuation experts with data-driven tools to perform accurate company valuations in a fraction of the time while solving the issue of complex tools, lack of data sources and time consuming reporting. With the world’s leading valuation methodologies to choose from, Valutico accelerates business valuation processes by 30-50%.

Valutico’s software solution currently comprises three different modules and a marketplace. The modules address specific valuation requirements for private/listed enterprises and provide access to industry and country specific valuation parameters. The marketplace brings together valuation experts and customers in need of valuation expertise.

With our product offering we especially address valuation experts in Advisory (e.g. Corporate Finance, M&A, Tax and Audit), Investment Management (e.g. Family Offices, Private Equity, Venture Capital), but also Corporates (e.g. Strategy, Financial Reporting, IR).

By combining advanced technology with expert corporate finance know-how, we support our clients to overcome the high and expensive requirements of the valuation process, which demands technical/industry know-how, access to expensive financial databases and time. 

Our team of 40 employees is globally distributed and serves both national and international clients in over 25 countries including the US.
