Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Colab AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by initiating contact with prospective content creators and brands. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads, schedule initial meetings, and hand over these prospects to our sales and partnerships teams for further development. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target content creators and brands that align with Colab AI's platform and value proposition.
Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to spark interest in Colab AI’s offerings.
Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their needs and determine if they are a good fit for Colab AI’s services.
Meeting Scheduling: Secure initial meetings between qualified leads and the sales or partnerships team.
CRM Management: Track and manage all outreach efforts, interactions, and lead details in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to continuously refine messaging, strategy, and lead-handling processes.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on insights from client interactions to help refine our offerings and positioning.

Self-Starter: You are motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using various sales tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms to manage your workflow effectively.
Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you can create engaging, personalized outreach messages.
Persistent: You don’t get discouraged easily and understand that success in sales requires persistence and resilience in the face of rejection.
Empathetic Listener: You can quickly build rapport with prospects by understanding their pain points and demonstrating how Colab AI can help solve their challenges.
Curious Learner: You are eager to continuously learn about the creator economy, digital marketing trends, and how AI is transforming the landscape.

Qualifications
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role (preferably within a tech, SaaS, or digital marketing space).
Familiarity with Creators and Brands: Knowledge of the influencer and creator economy is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
CRM Experience: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and manage sales pipelines.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and meeting-setting targets.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
