Job Type: Full-Time + Part time commission based position.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Sales Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the growth of a cutting-edge organization.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients with the goal of introducing our products/services and generating new business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to prospects.
Lead Generation
- Utilize Apollo lead generation tools and other resources to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Data Management
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts using our CRM system.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of outbound sales initiatives.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive information.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales calls.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
