Make a direct impact on our bottom line by selling innovative transportation solutions for a fast-growing logistics technology startup!
We are looking for a high-performing B2B salesperson who will hunt for new business, develop relationships, and manage new clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of quota crushing experience in an outside sales or inside B2B sales role, have strong business acumen, and be technically savvy.
You will be selling to operations and logistics executives at businesses of all sizes. Our typical customers are in the following industries: retail, wholesale, automotive, building materials, solar, industrial supply, food/beverage, clothing, manufacturing, construction, and e-commerce. Experience selling to these types of customers will allow you to be successful quickly. Some travel is required.
Relocation assistance not provided. Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle from start to finish
- Hunting for prospects, including cold calling
- Analyze client’s needs and qualify the prospect
- Presenting GoShare’s solutions and proposal generation
- Work closely with marketing and sales leadership
- Ensure excellent service and communication from GoShare to our customers
- Advocate on behalf of our customers to GoShare executives
- Develop strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers, and partners
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling business solutions
- Experience selling in logistics, transportation or SaaS preferred, but not required.
- Hunter mentality – with an inherent desire to pick up the phone, send an email, talk to customers, and close deals
- Strong communicator both verbally and written
- Ability to cultivate, manage and build relationships
- Must have access to reliable transportation. Some travel required
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Hours: Full-Time
Pay: Base Salary range $50,000 – $80,000. This role is eligible for commission, stock options, healthcare benefits, 401k. A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, and experience.
Locations: San Diego, CA or Work From Home
Work in our San Diego office or remotely within the USA (preferred states below). If working from home, you must have access to a reliable internet connection and working computer. This role is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.
