Role Overview:
As our Team Building Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing top talent in key regions, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. You’ll be instrumental in creating a collaborative team culture, managing relationships, and ensuring that our team members are aligned with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Formation & Development:
Recruit and onboard team members from different regions, ensuring the right talent is aligned with business objectives. Foster an inclusive team environment.
Team Management:
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts. Organize team-building activities that enhance team morale and cohesiveness.
Training & Development:
Develop and deliver training programs to boost team capabilities and support their growth.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain open communication across the team and report progress to senior management regularly.
Qualifications:
Language Skills:
Fluent in English with a good understanding of Arabic.
Marketing Knowledge:
Demonstrated experience with online marketing strategies and tools.
Team Management:
Proven ability to build and manage teams across diverse regions. Previous experience in managing international teams is required.
Flexible Hours:
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team members in various time zones.
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing your experience in growing teams and managing people is required.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based with the potential for a base salary after a two-month evaluation period based on merit.
