Intern HR

We are looking for Intern-HR for Cloud Scale® Inc

Mandatory Requirements: Note- Candidates applying for internship must have authorisation from there respective college/ university and PAID stipends will be awarded only to eligible candidates who achieve specified benchmark requirements (i.e. quality deliverables and 100% commitment).

What you'll do?

Must Have Skills-

• Pre and post engagement, Co-ordination for events, activities and sessions.
• Should be able to handle entire recruitment process of various openings in the company.
• Should be able to process other required tasks of HR such as releasing various documents, salary slips, payroll processing (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Should be a go-getter.
• Coordination in pre-onboarding activities such as setting up calendar invites, welcome cards etc.
• Maintenance & updation of employee records on a regular basis.
• Accommodating any ad-hoc request as per need basis.

What you'll need?

• Self-driven and high on initiative.
• Proficient in MS office/Technology focused tools.
• Prior exposure in a start-up setup.
• Able to manage ambiguity.
• Effective communication skills – verbal and written.
• Execution mindset with a high level of achievement orientation.
• Ability to stay calm under duress.
