We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee the end-to-end operations of Diomandz.com. This is an equity-only role, ideal for someone passionate about building businesses and willing to grow with us as a partner. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling processes, and ensuring seamless vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our business goals.
Vendor & Partner Management: Build relationships with diamond vendors and streamline commission-based transactions.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and oversee logistics, payments, and order fulfillment.
Payment Management: Ensure smooth Bitcoin transactions between vendors and buyers.
Risk Mitigation: Develop frameworks to address transactional risks and vendor disputes.
Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor key operational teams and external partners.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations comply with legal and market regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a leadership role (COO/Operations Manager) in e-commerce, retail, or fintech.
Strong understanding of digital marketplaces and Bitcoin-based payment systems.
Proven ability to scale operations in a dynamic startup environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
