Key Responsibilities:
Inbox Management/Meeting Booking/Calendar Management
Manage inboxes for the company and clients, ensuring timely responses to incoming inquiries.
Follow up with leads and clients through emails to maintain engagement and drive conversion.
Schedule demos and client meetings, ensuring all participants join the call as scheduled.
Maintain and organize calendars for the sales team to ensure smooth coordination.
Lead Outreach & Nurturing:
Conduct targeted outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate interest and schedule meetings.
Follow-up on outbound/inbound leads and support sales team members with lead nurturing activities.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information, ensuring data accuracy.
Track leads, opportunities, and client communications to ensure efficient follow-up.
Client Communication:
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email/slack/WhatsApp
Cold Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing them to our/client services, and setting up meetings with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proficient in using Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for business communication.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Tier 1 - Graduate/MBA in BMS/BMM/MBA.
