About Furrl
Furrl is a funded early stage startup building a clutter-breaking discovery platform for new-age Instagram brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India. Built for scale.

At the helm of Furrl is our Founder, an industry expert with an educational background from prestigious institutions such as IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School. With a wealth of experience in building successful businesses from scratch, both within startups and large corporations like Myntra and ITC, our Founder has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. Most recently, she was Partner at Entrepreneur First, an early stage VC that she launched in India, where she mentored over 300 entrepreneurs and built a portfolio of 42 startups in the country.

Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise processes for returns, RTO (Return to Origin), and exchanges.
  • Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Act as the primary contact for brand partners, managing relationships and providing operational support.
  • Handle brand payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements.
  • Lead brand training sessions on order processing, returns, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics such as fulfilment rates, returns, and RTO.
  • Assist with customer success tasks when needed, including handling customer complaints and making calls to resolve issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth brand payouts and financial reconciliation.
