Key Responsibilities

• Interact with Uvi users and support in day-to-day activities, feedback and follow-up
• Guide prospective and current clients on service selection and upgradation
• Proactively support the team with improvements on product, business and customer delight.
• Develop performance metrics for key program and processes, facilitating continuous improvement based on business priorities and strategies
• Act as a supporting point of contact to manage competing priorities and resource demands t maximize customer satisfaction and performance

Desired Background

• Pursuing / completed Undergraduate from an accredited institution
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, multi-lingual
• Self-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for women's healthcare, basic knowledge of women's reproductivehealth disorders
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals inan innovative and fast-paced environment
