Community Manager

Reporting to: Cofounder

Accountability: Community Building, Engagement and Development for DeFi/Blockchain/Crypto/Web3 digital engagement to build community presence and trust

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Defining and developing a community management and building strategy
• Organizing various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
• Developing and managing social media, digital footprints and community platform
• Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels
• Establish partnerships with content creators / influencers to broaden engagement with the community
• Build and maintain relationships with important community leaders

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA (preferably in marketing)
• 2 years of experience in Community Building and Engagement
• Enhanced knowledge of Crypto and Blockchain would be an added advantage

Competencies:

• Prior experience within Community Management
• Strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content
• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
