We manage the entire global commerce life cycle for our partners starting from demand generation, inventory projections and logistics to post-sale support and profit analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Management:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure that all product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor and manage the quality and consistency of product content, adhering to company standards.

Catalogue Optimization:

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO to improve visibility and ranking.
• Regularly analyze product performance and make necessary adjustments to improve sales and customer experience.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our product listings are best-in-class.
• Collaboration with Partners:
• Coordinate with partner facilities to gather and verify product information.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure product listings align with promotional activities.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Update listings promptly based on stock availability and communicate any changes to the relevant teams.

Platform Maintenance:

• Identify and resolve any issues related to product listings, including errors in descriptions, pricing discrepancies, or incorrect categorization.
• Assist in the integration and onboarding of new products and partners onto the platform. Reporting & Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product listings and drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Experience with SEO and keyword optimization for e-commerce listings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
