Role Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our SaaS products. You will play a key role in building and managing our online community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos, for our social media channels.
• Content Calendar: Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Community Management: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Paid Social Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our products and reach new audiences.
• Video Production: Shoot and edit videos for social media, including product demos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and video production.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for social media and digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and the e-commerce industry.
• Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising.
