About the role :

Key responsibilities of the role includes :

• Build a strong network of quality influencers in the beauty & lifestyle niche.
• Plan, strategize and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns
• Develop an understanding of current trends on social media and apply them to optimise reach.
• Strategize and implement campaigns on brand platforms.
• Monitor campaigns at every stage and measure success metrics upon completion.
• Maintain aesthetic hygiene and keep posts & captions up to date.
• Develop a posting schedule calendar for different content pieces.

Key Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience in similar relevant role
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Media Savvy, has an understanding of features on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Shows interest in exploring upcoming platforms.
• Organizational and collaborative skills to work in a fast moving growth focused environment.
