We work as partners with our clients by taking over the digital channels to monetize them by doing everything from setting their website, accounts, channels to running ads across various digital channels to doing in-house sales and finally even managing their payment collection and order fulfillment by coordinating with production and their customers.

Overall Goal: To improve the ROI for Growify clients, while building a strong scalable system and team. Paid Marketing Manager is a marketing professional responsible for the paid marketing performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing the marketing strategy and overseeing and supporting the marketing team members.
Job Description
Help Plan, Execute, Measure, and Improve Digital Marketing for each client to achieve the overall sales and engagement goals.
Research and create a roadmap for the next 3 to 6 months for each brand. Create a detailed plan which can be used to execute marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, Pinterest and Push Notifications.
Assign the relevant design work for at least two weeks to the design team with clear directions and maybe inspiration.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results Measure the result and tweak the ads while training the people to achieve these optimizations themselves.
Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports
Stay connected with the sales team to ensure that the knowledge from them is being used for optimizations and improvement. While keeping a close check on the overall sales for each brand and ensuring that we stay on the targeted sales.
In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks

Previous working experience as a Marketing Manager for 3 years A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strategic thinker with great analytical skills Things to Keep in Mind Whenever confused about the scope of work that needs to be completed do not say no to the client, instead, tell them that you will check and revert. If there is any problem that leads to demotivation, speak to HR and not within the team to help resolve the concern. Keep all your work organized into the sheets and asana. The google sheet is used for fixed scope work such as website development and asana will be used for variable scope such as revisions and website maintenance work. Ensure that you are delegating the task using sheet or asana and not Whatsapp, so everyone can see it and contribute to it.
