As our Social Media & Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand presence across various social media platforms and nurturing meaningful connections with developers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to elevate QuillAudits’ presence and interaction within the Web3 community.
• Craft compelling content across various platforms to drive engagement and bolster brand awareness.
• Monitor social channels, engage with followers, and cultivate a vibrant online community.

Developer Relations:

• Foster relationships with developers, blockchain projects, and industry influencers to foster collaboration and partnerships.
• Represent QuillAudits at conferences and events, advocating for our brand and fostering connections within the developer community.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce developer-centric content, including tutorials, technical guides, and case studies, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
• Work closely with designers to create visually appealing and informative content tailored for social media and developer outreach initiatives.

Community Building:

• Cultivate an engaged and enthusiastic community of developers and enthusiasts around QuillAudits’ offerings.
• Organize and participate in online events, such as meetups and Q&A sessions, to encourage interaction and knowledge sharing within the community.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics across platforms, providing insights to optimize campaigns and initiatives.
• Deliver regular reports to the marketing team, highlighting the effectiveness of social media efforts and developer engagement strategies.

What we're looking for:

• Passion for blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and possess a strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem including the current web3 trends etc.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, content creation, and community engagement within the blockchain/crypto industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with developers and industry stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and content ideation.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
