Social Media Manager

Job Purpose:
To significantly enhance Otterz's organic social media presence, fostering engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategically manage and grow Otterz's presence on key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Threads, with an openness to exploring and establishing new channels.
2. Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that align with company goals and audience interests.
3. Utilize video editing and creative design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma) to create compelling, high-quality content.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continually optimize strategies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and to leverage promotional opportunities.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
7. Requirements:
8. Demonstrable experience in managing successful social media projects and campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing organic growth achievements.
9. Proficiency in video editing and creative design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma etc.).
10. Must be familiar with HubSpot.
11. Knowledge of the financial sector in the US is a plus.
12. Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
