At Cofiato, we specialize in IT staffing, product consultation, and software development using MERN and React Native. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Business Developer / Lead Generation Specialist to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-value clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and networking.
  • Lead the development of strategic business development plans, targeting website and application development opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads, focusing on enterprise-level clients and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft custom proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop content and campaigns that enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, report progress, and ensure continuous follow-up.
  • Mentor junior team members and lead by example in achieving team goals.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, with a proven track record in the software or IT services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes, especially in MERN and React Native technologies.
  • Experience engaging enterprise-level clients and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage leads, track progress, and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments with a focus on achieving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
