What is it about?
Build the brand & bring sales growth for company’s toys and games products across variety of online and offline channels
What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and conversions on the company’s website. This includes optimizing product listings, managing promotion, ads, and leveraging SEO and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize the Amazon storefront, including product listings, PPC campaigns, and inventory management.
- Identify and manage additional e-commerce platforms relevant to the target market.
- Ideate and create content in various forms like Audio, video, graphics and text.
- Develop and implement a strategy to identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential dealers and distributors.
- Explore opportunities and develop strategies for selling to schools and other institutions. This involves creating tailored pitches, establishing partnerships, and negotiating contracts.
- Help define and communicate the brand’s value proposition across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising on various channels and platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Track sales performance across different channels and provide regular reports on metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand product features, benefits, and USPs to effectively communicate these to potential buyers.
Essential skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and content strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and willing to wear multiple hats.
- Ability to use tools of graphics, video, photography and other content creation.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, e-commerce, toy industry, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms is a great plus.
