Role Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Cobalt, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our AI-powered integration platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to craft compelling messaging, define our go-to-market strategies, and execute impactful campaigns. Your goal is to communicate the value of our platform effectively, ensuring that Cobalt is positioned as the leader in the application integration space.
You will be responsible for taking ownership of the product’s marketing lifecycle, from understanding market needs to crafting competitive differentiation and driving customer adoption. In this role, you will also support sales teams with targeted content, campaigns, and training to ensure they are fully equipped to close deals. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to product development through market insights, shaping the future direction of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning: Develop clear, compelling product messaging that differentiates Cobalt in the integration market and resonates with customer needs.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with impactful tools and content like product decks, case studies, blogs, videos, guides etc. to support deal closures.
- Event Marketing & Thought Leadership: Plan and manage events (podcasts to in-person events) to boost brand visibility and establish Cobalt as a leader
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches and marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Customer Advocacy: Develop customer stories and case studies that highlight success, working closely with customer success to showcase Cobalt’s impact.
- Team Building: Recruit and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Performance Metrics: Track campaign performance, using data to report results and optimize marketing initiatives for greater impact.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of demand generation, go-to-market strategies, and event-led motions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with sales and product.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Skills: quick learner, problem solving, critical thinking, process managemen
