Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives to attract new customers, increase conversions, and optimize revenue. Your primary focus will be on paid marketing channels, utilizing your expertise to generate leads, manage campaigns, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, implement strategies, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Able to draft decks and communication on behalf of the brand
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copies, landing pages, and marketing collateral to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights to generate regular reports, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives, ensuring effective lead generation and lead nurturing processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new marketing channels to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Generalist or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Solid understanding of paid marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., and hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive marketing performance.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization techniques, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
