Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Strategy & Growth to lead our strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies across new geographies, expanding product portfolio, and driving revenue growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the future direction of Leucine.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve Leucine's long-term goals. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to drive strategic decision-making.
Business Development: Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances. Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales processes, customer acquisition, and retention.Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new markets for expansion. Develop market entry strategies and oversee the execution of market expansion plans.
Product Strategy: Work closely with product management and development teams to ensure that our product offerings align with market needs and growth objectives. Provide strategic input on product roadmaps and innovations. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze business performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Strategy & Growth team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters from a Tier 1 institution Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in strategy, business development, and/or CEO’s office role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of driving change in a fast-paced environment.
