The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join us at Houseware. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will work with the Growth team on helping the business achieve top of the funnel goals and create a reliable pipeline.

The ideal person should have strong B2B marketing skills, experience with creating engaging content, understanding of organic and paid marketing, copywriting skills, and research capabilities. You should also be enthusiastic about learning and upskilling continually.

What you will do:

  • Create converting content: Build highly engaging content across formats to help drive top of the funnel. This would include drafting and creating blogs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, brochures, webpages, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and more.

  • Work on SEO: Should understand SEO; create a plan for SEO developments and track performance of the investment and efforts.

  • Tell a compelling product and brand story: Should be excellent at conducting primary and secondary research. You will be creating collateral and narratives to effectively position and communicate different feature releases as well as brand updates.

  • Demand capture: Plan and execute paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness, primarily on Google and LinkedIn ads.

  • Have a T-shaped skill-set: Have good copywriting skills, an eye for design, and act as an advocate for customer and visitor experience across Houseware’s digital footprints.

Skills you should have:

  • 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience.

  • Creative writing skills and experience.

  • Excellent data analysis skills to create custom research and data-driven reports.

  • Familiarity with Paid ads, Social Media, Web analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to do competitors' research using tools like ahref, SEMrush, etc.

  • Stage-specific: We are a fast-moving org. Given that, you must: be diligent, pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, communicate and collaborate effectively, and be proactive in leading your charter.
