Role Summary:
We are seeking a Growth Manager with 3-5 years of experience with a specialisation in Performance or Content Marketing, ideally in the fintech or proptech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through targeted digital campaigns. The candidate should also have an understanding of brand building and organic channels.We highly value candidates with hands-on experience in 0-1 Journeys, where agility, innovation, and a robust culture of experimentation is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC,SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Collect and analyse data from various digital marketing channels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to increase website traffic, generate leads.
- Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Collaborate closely with the Organic Growth team to develop and execute coherent, integrated strategies that enhance both paid and organic channels.
- Strengthen brand building initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong background in Meta,Google, and affiliate channels.
- Hands-on experience in 0-1 Journeys, where agility, innovation, and a robust culture of experimentation is key.
- Experience in Content Marketing, SEO.
- Proven ability in brand building, strengthening organic channels, and effectively collaborating with Organic Growth teams.
- Experience in virality loops and understanding of the lending or real estate sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics.
