Head of Business Development LATAM

Inspektlabs is looking for a Head of Business Development in LATAM to join our team on a part time basis that can be converted to full time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced who wants to grow, do things on their own, and directly contributing to the growth of a SaaS business from early stage to large scale. In LATAM, we have already signed long term contracts with large insurers in Brazil, Chile and Argentina.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for leading business development efforts across LATAM
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Meet and conduct presentations with C-level executives
• Establish strong business relationships with target clients
• Active role in converting opportunities into long term engagements, sales closure and contracting while ensuring Client satisfaction

A Typical Candidate Has:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in SAAS
• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
• Proven ability in converting opportunities into new client engagements and building long term business relationships.
• Demonstrate sense of accountability, ability to work independently, lead large as well as small engagements
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ambitions to work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

What are we offering?
Industry leading sales commission (much higher than market practice).
Retainer would be negotiable
