We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales or Strategic Growth Lead to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader who can seamlessly transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing sales teams, as well as the ability to roll up their sleeves and build processes from the ground up. Experience in SaaS is a must, and a background in recruitment, HR tech, or recruitment tech is highly desirable. Experience with B2B2C companies and a background as a recruiter or close work with recruitment teams will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Build and optimize sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
Manage and work with lead generation vendors; vet, select, and oversee their performance.
Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies, including email outreach and other tactics.
Utilize HubSpot for CRM and sales automation, ensuring the team leverages its full capabilities.
Track and analyze sales metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Hire and build a high-performing sales team.
Take initiative and drive projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment, HR tech, and recruitment tech. Experience as a recruiter is a plus.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams at early-stage startups.
Experience with lead generation strategies and tools, including managing lead gen vendors.
Proficiency with HubSpot and other CRM tools.
Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
Experience with B2B2C companies is highly desirable.
Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
