Numana Group is a premier digital marketing firm specializing in the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Representative with marketing knowledge to join our remote team!
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by managing phone communications, following up with prospects, conducting cold outreach, and scheduling sales meetings. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and ensure a seamless process from lead generation to meeting scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CRM software and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects.
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to engage with potential clients.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Perform cold outreach to generate new leads and expand our client base.
Schedule sales meetings between prospects and our account managers.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand our services and effectively communicate them to prospects.
Ensure the CRM data is clean and well-organized to facilitate effective sales operations.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve sales strategies.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to help refine messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales role, particularly in handling phone communications and cold outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to speak native or professional English
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A professional work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
