Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled cold call specialist who can help us in following ways:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound activities including emails, and cold calls to potential clients to introduce our IT services.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
• Research and gather information on prospective clients to tailor sales pitches.

Market Research

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Generate regular sales reports to assess performance against target.
