Key Responsibilities:

1. Sell Candidate Services to customers through inside sales activities
2. Prospect and build a sales pipeline; search and identify potential buyers, establish contacts and generate orders
3. Maintain relationship with various firms & consultancies and bring them on board; provide them with necessary support and information
4. Manage the pipeline and diligently record interactions with the customers such as calls made, emails sent, etc.
5. Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and work as a Point of Contact throughout sales and service delivery as well as handle inquiries
6. Assist in widening brand recognition through the use of the social media and other means as required
Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Graduation (in any stream) with relevant experience of 0-3 years
2. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to hold a conversation with any level of customers
3. International BPO Experience preferred
4. Brilliant listening and convincing skills & should be able to understand customer’s requirement
5. We would appreciate if the candidate is knowledgeable about the various employable industries and verticals and is comfortable in understanding job profiles, JDs, resumes, etc. and working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
