Role Overview
Embark on a journey as our Account Executive for our product SpringVerify, focusing on the Indian market, where you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role is to unlock potential, create lasting client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that resonate. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.
SpringVerify is a comprehensive background verification platform designed to streamline and automate the process of conducting background checks.
Note : This role would require frequent traveling to client locations.
Responsibilities:
Product Mastery: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Springworks’ offerings, ensuring you can discuss product features, advantages, and competitive differentiators. Collaborate with product teams based on client feedback to improve and customize solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Ensure high-quality ongoing support and strategic insights to enhance client retention.
Strategic Presentations: Design and deliver targeted presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Springworks solutions to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their specific business requirements.
Expert Negotiation: Direct negotiations, addressing client concerns and achieving consensus on pricing and terms that foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement and refine dynamic sales strategies like MEDDPIC, SANDLER, etc to meet revenue goals, incorporating industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an account executive, or in a similar role ; preferably from background verification industry.
- Someone who has Hunting + Farming experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
