People at Springworks

I take care of the people function at Springworks, anything and everything people-oriented is my job. I am the problem solver of any kinds of employee-related issues that come up on a day-to-day basis. Apart from this, I am also responsible for Onboarding, Performance Appraisals, and other administrative tasks of human resources. Before I started my work with Springworks, I was working in recruitment for more than 5 months. Being able to pick up human resource admin functions after my stint in recruitment was a great stepping stone for me. I started as an intern mainly working on podcasts and now I am currently handling all major areas of Human resource management at Springworks, ranging from onboarding to exit interviews. What defines a good workplace? Is it the one which pays the highest money? A good workplace is one that allows you to speak your mind, which allows you to execute your ideas, allows you to collaborate with your teams, treats you with respect and most of all has empathy towards its employees. At Springworks Empathy always comes first and it is literally their cultural value. There are a lot of good organizations out there but with Springworks with employee-centric policies its belief that life outside of work also exists stands out.
