Bizom is a leading cloud-based SaaS solution, working with over 500+ CPG brands to transform
their RTM operations in emerging markets. As a Anaylst in the Growth & RevOps team, you’ll be
working closely with multiple teams across marketing, product, sales, R&D and Customer
Delight to effectively deliver our growth strategy, with a focus on execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth initiatives
- Study and organize internal data to draw actionable insights
- Streamline and automate internal processes, ensuring data hygiene
- Support the CoS team in the delivery of ad hoc projects
- Enhance revenue generation and accelerate lead velocity
- Analyze and structure internal data to extract actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with the marketing/sales/customer success team to identify and exploit opportunities
- Optimize and automate internal processes, ensuring data accuracy
- Assist the team in executing ad hoc projects
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline - relevant work/internship experience in B2B
- sales, marketing, customer success, RevOps role is a plus
- Data-driven with a curiosity to play with numbers
- Intermediate excel skills
- Exceptional communication and articulation skills
- Bias for action
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to summarize and communicate at all levels of the organization
- Problem-solving mindset
- Empathy for customers and colleagues
- Based out of Bangalore
