We're seeking a mid-senior professional who is a marketer at heart, with expertise in ABM and PLG. The professional should ignite our targeted marketing efforts with unparalleled enthusiasm! At Bizom, marketing hinges on precise timing, valuing strategic moments over mere noise. You'll be the architect behind strategic campaigns to attract new logos and retain the existing ones, leveraging digital platforms to amplify our brand presence in a fiercely competitive market. Responsibilities:

  • Lead ABM Strategies: creating advanced ABM strategies aimed at getting new logos and expanding the BUs of existing ones. Use data analysis to shape your strategies and ensure they're finely crafted for success.
  • Owns the PLG: You will be the one who owns product-led growth for Bizom. Engage with product owners and sales team to understand the product and how it is adopted in the market.
  • Experiment, hustle and innovate: Apply an experimentation mindset to our ABM campaigns, constantly testing and tweaking to find the winning formula. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Craft Clever Campaigns: Design and roll out personalized marketing campaigns, using a mix of digital, email, social media, events, and content marketing. Be the owner of all.
  • Be a storytelling genius: Whip up tailored content for emails, WhatsApp, case studies, whitepapers, and more, ensuring it hits home with our target accounts.
  • Team Up: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to pick out the best target accounts and fine-tune our approach.
  • Keep Everyone in the Loop: Act as the bridge between marketing and sales, making sure everyone's on the same page and sharing valuable insights.
  • Measure Up: Keep an eye on how our campaigns are performing, dive into the data, and tweak our strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  • Understand the world of SAAS marketing like the back of your hand, especially when it comes to ABM.
  • Proven experience in crafting and executing successful ABM campaigns that bring in the results.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools of the trade.
  • Whether it's writing killer copy or chatting with colleagues, you've got top-notch communication skills.
  • Love digging into data, spotting trends, and using insights to shape our strategies.
  • Bring creativity to the table and come up with innovative marketing approaches that get noticed.
  • Can manage multiple campaigns without breaking a sweat, thanks to your stellar project management skills.
  • Collaborate like a champ with teams across the board, because teamwork makes the dream work!
